• $310.00 Casket Allowance.
  • This allowance is automatically applied toward the cremation casket during the merchandise step of the planning process.

• $100.00 Urn Allowance.
  • This allowance may be applied toward the urn you select during the merchandise step of the planning process.

• Basic Essential Cremation Package Discount ($2,955.00).

• Professional basic services of the funeral directors and staff.
  • Entering the deceased’s vital information in to the Wisconsin State Vital Records Information System (SVRIS) and obtaining the certified copies of the death certificate (The fee from the Register of Deeds for the certified copies is not included).
  • Certified copies of the death certificate will be mailed to the family.
  • Obtaining the cremation permit from the county in which the death occurred (The fee for the cremation permit from the County Medical Examiner/Coroner is not included. We will notify you as soon as we are aware of any other fees from the County Medical Examiner/Coroner’s Office.)
  • Some counties require that we bring your loved one to their office for a cremation viewing. In these situations, there is an additional $195 fee for this additional mileage. We will notify you as soon as we are aware of this being applicable.
• Transfer of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home within 25 miles.
  • Any additional mileage (distances beyond 25 miles) has a fee of $6.00 per mile one way.
  • Our staff is available any time of the day or night.
• Washing and care of the deceased as required per Wisconsin State Statute DHS 136.04.
• Cremation at a licensed crematory.
  • Cremated remains can be mailed to the family using the United States Postal Service ($195 fee), locally delivered by a courier ($75 fee), or picked up by the family at 2247 South 108th Street West Allis WI 53227 (no fee).

• Fingerprint collection or lock of hair collection with written permission from the next-of-kin.
