Born on December 4, 1948, in Milwaukee, WI to Augustine and Virginia Kuban (Nee, Furdek). Kathy grew up in Cudahy, WI, and graduated from St. Mary’s Academy.

Her quiet watchfulness, as well as spoiling her grandchildren was apparent. She loved all things Halloween, enjoyed good restaurants, and loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children; Michael (Colette) and Trevor (Jeanne); four grandchildren; Cody, Nicole, Lynsey, and Megan; great granddaughter; Kinley.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald (Jerry) Ziolkowski, as well as her Kuban siblings Jennifer, Linda, Jimmy, and Jenny Ann.
The family will be reflecting on the loss of Kathy privately. When you look at the moon, the family asks that you enjoy the awe of each evening and appreciate family.
